Koh Samui is one of the largest islands in Thailand, and because of that, there is so much to do! From all sorts of beach activities and island hopping to snorkeling and visiting elephant sanctuaries, the island is packed with cool things to do. I spent almost two weeks in Koh Samui myself, so I…
Koh Samui has, without a doubt, some of the best hotels and resorts I’ve ever stayed in. From small boutique resorts to huge beachfront properties, the island has so much to choose from. I remember when I was booking my own trip, I felt pretty overwhelmed. The island is huge, and I wasn’t sure which…
Koh Samui is easily one of the most popular islands in Thailand, and it’s no secret that the turquoise water and the beautiful beaches are a huge reason for that. Since it’s the biggest of the three islands in the Gulf (sorry, Koh Tao and Koh Phangan!), there are a lot of stunning beaches to…
Koh Samui is definitely one of the most popular islands in Thailand, mostly because it has some of the best water, most stunning beaches and most beautiful resorts I’ve ever been to. I’m not necessarily a big “resort vacation” person usually, I’m more of a backpacker and traveler ,but when it’s for a family trip,…
Koh Samui is easily one of the biggest hotspots in Thailand. It’s part of the famous trio of Gulf islands along with Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, and I personally have a massive soft spot for it because the beaches and luxury resorts there are just amazing. But there is way more to do here…
With Koh Samui being one of the busiest and most popular islands in Thailand, it obviously has a massive range of restaurants, cafes, and local food spots. You can find everything here, from tiny local Thai joints and fresh seafood to high-end international restaurants. I personally love Thai food and could probably eat it every…
With so many amazing islands in the south of Thailand, I feel like it’s often really hard for me to decide which one to fly to because they all seem to be amazing. Beautiful turquoise waters, palm trees, white sand beaches, and amazing food, that’s pretty much the case for most of the islands here….
One of the hardest lessons I’ve learned the hard way is that “dry season” doesn’t mean the same thing everywhere in the country. It’s not like all of Thailand follows the same schedule! There are big differences between Northern Thailand, the southern islands, and the Gulf islands, which Koh Samui is a part of. I’ve…
Koh Samui is one of Thailand’s Gulf islands, along with Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, and it’s easily one of the most popular resort and beach vacation destinations in the country. I’ve seen some of the most beautiful turquoise waters of my life here! Between the stunning beaches and some of my favorite hotels and…
Koh Samui is definitely one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand, with stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and just beautiful tropical views. It’s one of the three “bay islands” in the Gulf of Thailand, sitting right next to Koh Phangan (which I’m sure you’ve heard of for its Full Moon Party) and Koh Tao, which…
