One country that really blew our minds when we first visited was Jordan. Located in the heart of the Middle East, Jordan is known for its ancient ruins, stunning landscapes, and rich culture. The capital, Amman, is a bustling city with a great mix of history and culture, along with modern aspects. It boasts plenty of modern cafes and restaurants perfect for working remotely or enjoying a flat white. Of course, the highlight in Jordan is Petra, with the iconic Treasury building featured in many movies and TV shows. But there is so much more to explore, from the desert landscapes of Wadi Rum to the healing waters of the Dead Sea. Jordan is definitely one of our favorite destinations.
