Siargao might be famous for surfing, palm tree-lined roads, and that laid-back jungle island vibe—but let’s not forget the villas. I’ve spent a lot of time on this island, and while I haven’t stayed in these luxury private villas (yet!), I’ve walked past a few and trust me, they’re stunning. With private pools tucked into the jungle, beachfront decks made for sunset drinks, and just the right amount of barefoot luxury these villas in Siargao are incredible.
So if you’re after the dreamiest places to stay in Siargao, here are the private villas that caught my eye—and would be top of my list for a splurge-worthy stay.

The Best Villas in Siargao (From What I’ve Seen & Heard)
I’ve spent a lot of time in Siargao, and if there’s one thing I love about the island (besides the surf, coconut roads, and tuna poke bowls), it’s that there’s no shortage of stunning places to stay. While I haven’t slept in these villas myself, I’ve scoped out a few of them in person—walked past, stalked online, talked to people who stayed there—and they’re honestly next-level.
So this isn’t just a random list pulled from Google. This is my personal take on the villas that stood out to me, the ones I’d recommend to friends, or splurge on myself if I ever felt like upgrading from my usual budget-friendly homestays. Some are beachfront, some are deep in the jungle, and all of them look like something straight off Pinterest.
There are definitely way more amazing Siargao resorts and luxury hotels in Siargao, like Las Palmas or Bravo. However, in this article, I did not want to include any resorts in Siargao Island. I only wanted to focus on actual villas in Siargao that are not part of any of the Siargao Island resorts.
1. Tanaw Villas // Amazing Villas in Siargao With Private Pool
Tanaw Villas is honestly a dream. Tucked away just outside the hustle of Tourism Road but still close enough to walk to all the cafes, restaurants, and bars around Cloud 9.
The villas themselves are stunning. You can literally step out of bed and into your private plunge pool with jungle and rice field views all around. It’s calm, serene, and feels super exclusive—like your own little hideaway.
I haven’t stayed here (yet), but I’ve walked past and looked up the place online more times than I’d like to admit. This would be my number one pick if I ever decided to treat myself. The design is modern but warm, everything’s air-conditioned, and it just gives off this peaceful, tropical luxury vibe. If you’re looking for that quiet villa life without being totally off-grid—this one’s hard to beat.

2. Kalani River Villas Siargao // The Best Siargao Island Villas IMO
Kalani River Villas is located in Santa Fe, about a 10-minute scooter ride from General Luna. I actually spent most of my time in Siargao staying in this area and really liked it—it’s quiet, low-key, and feels a bit more local than GL. There are a couple of good coffee shops nearby, and the beach in Santa Fe is long, peaceful, and great for morning walks or sunset drinks.
As for the villas, they’re built right by the river, and each one has its own private plunge pool on the terrace facing the water. The setup is calm and secluded, and the design blends into the jungle surroundings nicely. The interiors are simple but stylish—neutral tones, big windows, and a clean layout that works well in the heat. Each villa comes with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and good Wi-Fi, which isn’t always a given in this part of the island.
If you want to stay somewhere that feels a bit more removed from the buzz of General Luna but still easy to reach, Kalani is a great option.

3. Kalo Villa Siargao
Kalo Villa is one of the most stylish properties I’ve come across in Siargao. It’s located just north of the Sunset Bridge in General Luna—so you’re located away in a peaceful spot, but still within easy reach of the island’s best cafes, restaurants, and surf spots. Ideal if you want quiet mornings and dinner options that don’t require a 20-minute scooter ride.
The design is what really stands out here. It’s got this smooth, bohemian look with huge arched windows and doors, curved lines everywhere, and a soft, organic feel that instantly reminded me of a villa I stayed at in Bali. It’s modern, minimal, but warm—and everything looks clean and high-end without feeling sterile.
The property has multiple villas, including a huge 5-bedroom villa that’s great for a group trip, plus smaller 1-bedroom units for couples or solo travelers. There’s a large shared outdoor pool that ties the whole place together, and breakfast is available on request.
It’s one of the more luxurious places to stay in Siargao without being flashy—and the aesthetic is definitely on point.

4. The Bamboo House // My TOP Cheap Villas in Siargao
The Bamboo House is a standout for anyone looking for a more natural, eco-conscious stay without compromising on design. It’s located in Santa Fe—a quieter, greener part of Siargao that I’ve stayed in myself and absolutely loved. If you’re after peace, space, and jungle vibes, this area really is the place to be.
As the name suggests, the villas here are built almost entirely out of bamboo—but don’t let that make you think “rustic.” The design is modern, stylish, and clearly thought through. Some villas are perched higher up with a full treehouse feel, surrounded by jungle, while others offer ocean views that are just stunning.
They also have a one-bedroom villa that’s kind of a mix—part treehouse, part villa—which I think is ideal if you want to feel connected to nature without being completely in it. Every corner of the property feels like it blends right into the environment, and that makes staying here feel special. It’s eco but elevated.

5. Yapak Beach Villas // Best Beach Front Villas in Siargao
Yapak Beach Villas is up north near Pacifico—so if you’re looking to escape the buzz of General Luna completely, this is a great option. I’ve driven up that way a few times and it’s honestly such a peaceful part of the island. It feels like a totally different pace of life up here, with wide-open beaches, barely any traffic, and a real sense of calm.
The villas at Yapak are more on the simple side compared to others on this list, but they’re beachfront, private, and surprisingly affordable—which makes sense for the location. You’re literally steps from the sand, and there’s a huge swimming pool on the property too. It might not be super fancy, but if you’re after space, nature, and a break from it all, Yapak delivers exactly that.

6. Manao Villas Siargao // Cute Little Siargao Villa with Pool
Manao Villas is another gem tucked away in Santa Fe—clearly the spot if you’re looking for luxury villas in Siargao. I’ve spent a lot of time in this part of the island and absolutely love it. It’s quiet, green, and just feels a little more elevated. Also, shoutout to Marmalade, my favorite café in Siargao. Their flat whites and cheese toasties are genuinely worth the detour.
Now back to Manao Villas: this place is what I’d call a true boutique villa. It’s small-scale, beautifully thought out, and so tastefully designed. The layout includes a spacious bedroom with a bathtub right inside the room, plus a private garden with its own plunge pool and an outdoor kitchen. It’s peaceful, intimate, and just fits perfectly with the laid-back but refined feel of Santa Fe. Whoever designed this place really understood how to blend luxury with the natural surroundings.

7. Kamaya Private Villa Siargao
Yep—another villa in Santa Fe. At this point, it’s pretty clear that Santa Fe is where all the best luxury villas in Siargao are hiding. I’m guessing it’s because the area’s still less built-up than General Luna, so there’s more space to create beautiful properties like this one.
Kamaya is a boutique-style villa, similar in feel to Manao. It’s a one-bedroom, one-bathroom setup, but the outdoor area is seriously impressive. You get a massive private garden, a spacious terrace, and a pool that honestly feels oversized for two people—which, let’s be honest, is part of why this villa is so cool. If you’re after peace, space, and a pool all to yourself, this is the kind of place that nails it without being too flashy.

8. Mango Tree Siargao
If I had the budget to settle into a long-term stay in Siargao, this is where I’d do it. Villa Mango Tree isn’t just another holiday rental—it genuinely feels like a home. It’s modern, beautifully designed, and has all the features you’d want if you were actually living here: a massive, well-equipped kitchen, a big comfy lounge area, and a huge private pool just a few steps from your living room.
It’s located in a quieter, more local neighborhood close to General Luna, so you’re still near the action but not right in the middle of it. And that’s kind of perfect. I’d cook here, work here, swim, chill—this is the kind of villa that makes you want to unpack your bags and stay a while.

Final Thoughts on Luxury Villas in Siargao
So, there you have it—some of the most stunning villas on Siargao Island, from beachfront getaways up in Pacifico to boutique jungle escapes in Santa Fe. I might not have stayed in every single one of these (yet), but after spending a lot of time on the island, I’ve gotten a good feel for what areas are great to stay in, what kind of vibe each place has, and what would work for different kinds of trips—whether you’re on a romantic getaway, a group trip with friends, or just treating yourself to a bit of tropical luxury.
If I had to pick? Santa Fe is really turning into the spot for private villas—peaceful, spacious, and still close enough to everything. But honestly, every place on this list has something special. So go with what fits your style (and your budget), and you’re bound to have an incredible stay.
