Hey everyone, Carae here! Out of all the islands I visited in the Philippines, Siargao was definitely the best one for getting back into a good yoga routine.
If you haven’t been yet, Siargao is basically the Bali of the Philippines. Great cafés, cute yoga studios, ice baths, coworking spaces, you get the vibe. It’s fun, it’s laid-back, and it’s ridiculously easy to settle into a healthy rhythm while you’re here.
This guide is all about yoga in Siargao—specifically, the studios I personally tried and loved. I spent around three months on the island, so I had plenty of time to test out different spots and figure out which ones are actually worth your time and money.
And while this is mostly a yoga list, I have to include one reformer Pilates studio too—because in all honesty, I love yoga, but Pilates is my go-to. And yes, Siargao finally has a reformer studio now. I checked it out, and spoiler: it’s good.

Yoga in Siargao – My Experience
When I moved to Siargao, I knew I had to get some kind of movement into my days. I don’t surf much, and I was mostly working from my laptop—so I needed something active to balance things out. Yoga and Pilates are my go-to, so naturally, that’s what I leaned into again while I was on the island.
It actually took me a little while to try out my first yoga studio in General Luna because the coworking space I was based at—Coco Space—offered yoga and Pilates classes on their rooftop. Super convenient, so I just did that at first.
Eventually though, I started exploring other studios around Siargao, and honestly, a lot of them were amazing. I’ll admit I came in with high standards—after spending time in Sri Lanka, where the yoga in Ahangama and Hiriketiya is so good, I expected a lot. But Siargao really delivered. Beautiful open-air shalas, friendly vibes, and knowledgeable teachers all around.
Before I get into my full list of favorites, I have to give a special shoutout to Bodhi Yoga Center. That was the first studio I visited—and the one I kept going back to. It has the most beautiful yoga shala on the island, overlooking the rice fields, and the teaching is consistently top-notch.
Bodhi Yoga Center // Best Yoga in Siargao IMO
Bodhi Yoga Center was the first studio I tried when I moved to Siargao—and it quickly became my favorite spot on the island for yoga.
It’s located in General Luna, pretty central, so it’s super easy to get to. The shala itself is gorgeous—open, breezy, and surrounded by lush greenery. But what really made me come back again and again were the teachers. Super friendly, really great flow, and most importantly: easy to follow. (That’s always my number one thing—if the class doesn’t flow, I’m out.)
They also have a packed schedule, with classes running daily from 8 AM to 5 PM. Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, breathwork—you name it, they probably offer it. I tried a little bit of everything, and it was such a fun way to mix up my routine.
Most classes are drop-in and start at ₱500, but they also offer 3-, 5-, and 10-class passes if you’re staying longer and want to save a bit.

Prana Yoga Siargao // Most Serene Yoga in Siargao
Prana Yoga is another great studio in General Luna—and it’s part of Prana Siargao Resort, a beautiful little boutique hotel that’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a nice place to stay.
What really stood out to me here was the open-air shala. It’s kind of like a big wooden pagoda tucked into the resort’s garden, surrounded by plants and palm trees. Super peaceful, super pretty. I’ll add a few of my photos so you can see what I mean.
I went to two classes at Prana Yoga, and both times I left feeling amazing. The teachers were relaxed, easy to follow, and kept the flow smooth and approachable. They offer two classes a day—usually at 8:30 AM and 5 PM—with drop-in rates at ₱500 (₱350 for locals). You can also grab a 5- or 10-class pass to save a bit if you’re staying longer.

Kermit Yoga Siargao // Cheapest Siargao Yoga I found
The funny thing about Kermit is that I went there so many times before I even realized they offered yoga. If you don’t know Kermit yet—it’s a resort, but more importantly, it’s also home to the best Italian restaurant in Siargao. I’m talking the best pizza and pasta. You have to go.
Anyway, one day I spotted a yoga shala on the property, checked their website, and yep—they offer drop-in yoga classes. No booking needed, which I love. (There’s nothing worse than pre-booking a class, then waking up and deciding you’d rather go to the beach instead.)
So I went the next morning and was honestly impressed. The shala isn’t the flashiest, but it’s elevated on the first floor, so it still feels peaceful and private—no resort guests awkwardly walking by. The class itself was super flowy and a little more technical, which I loved. Tenille was the teacher that day, and she had such a calming energy. I left feeling like butter.
They usually run two classes a day—9:30 AM and 4 PM—just double-check the schedule to see what style they’re offering. Drop-in classes are ₱500, or you can get unlimited classes for the month for ₱3,500 (~$60), which is such a steal if you’re staying a while and want to go regularly.

Buddha Wellness // Best Siargao Yoga Retreat
I have to say, Buddha Wellness is definitely one of the best yoga studios in General Luna. I really enjoyed everything about it. It’s part of a resort/wellness hotel that’s right in the middle of town but still feels super quiet and tucked away. They offer yoga classes, yoga retreats and ice baths, so it’s a great spot if you’re into both.
The first time I went, I was honestly so pleasantly surprised. The first thing I always notice is the shala, of course—and this one is beautiful. It’s set in their garden, spacious and super calming. I ended up taking four classes here, and I’d say they were probably the most technical out of all the classes I did in Siargao. The teacher (I wish I remembered the name!) really paid attention to alignment and form, which I appreciated. Some teachers just let you flow and do your thing, but I like that balance—flowing, enjoying, and learning how to improve.
They usually offer two classes a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, for the standard ₱500 per class. They post the schedule every Sunday, so check their website or Instagram to stay updated.
They also offer ice baths here—and I actually tried it for the first time ever. It was such a cool (literally) experience. It costs ₱600 for an intro session, and one of the staff walks you through the whole thing. I totally recommend it if you’ve never tried one before!

Happiness Yoga Siargao // Coolest Yoga Studio in Siargao
Happiness Siargao is already pretty well known around the Philippines—you might’ve seen it in El Nido or Boracay. It’s a bit of everything: hostel, beach resort, food spot, nightlife hub… and yep, they also offer some great wellness activities, including yoga.
To be honest, I only went here once—not because I didn’t like it, but just because I preferred some of the other studios a little more. That said, I still think it’s one of the better yoga spots in Siargao. The only reason I didn’t go back was because the class I joined was super busy. Their shala is actually really cool, with jungle views and tons of space, but I personally prefer smaller classes.
They offer a variety of yoga styles, pilates and breathwork sessions almost daily. Drop-in classes are 500 pesos, and you don’t need to book ahead—you can just show up, which is always a plus.

Feral Pilates Siargao at Vultun // New Reformer Pilates in Siargao
Feral Pilates is the brand-new reformer Pilates studio in Siargao—and as of early 2025, they’re just in their soft opening phase, so it’s all super fresh. I only found out about it because the same instructor who used to teach yoga and Pilates classes at Coco Coworking Space is now opening her own studio, which is really exciting. It’ll be the first and only reformer Pilates studio on the island!
At this stage, the full schedule and pricing haven’t been published yet, but I’ll update this once there’s more info available.
She’s a fantastic Pilates trainer, so if you’re into reformer—or even just mat Pilates—you should definitely check it out. Feral Pilates is also going to focus a lot on body health and physical therapy, so if you deal with any back pain or mobility issues, this could be the spot for you in Siargao.
